1. Definitions
AXIS Limo is a brand of SC BINRAD SRL and refers to the company that provides the rental service with a driver, based on the ARR Authorization, ATPRI series, no. 0002894 from 29.05 2025. The terms „you” , „client” or
„beneficiary” may refer to any individual or company making a booking with us.

2. Booking
2.1 It is advisable to plan enough travel time to make sure you arrive on time. This includes all transfers to/from the airport, for which you are required to check in at a specific time for your flight. AXIS Limo will not be responsible for any delay caused by your failure to allow sufficient time to arrive at your destination without delay or if you are not ready to be picked up at the scheduled pick-up time.

2.2 It is your responsibility to order a car of the right size for all travelers and their luggage. AXIS Limo does not guarantee that it will carry an excessive amount of luggage, outside the volume specified for each car category. Please note that a child, regardless of their age, will be considered as one passenger.

2.3 AXIS Limo reserves the right to upgrade the requested car free of charge, i.e. to provide the service with a chauffeur-driven car for which the price is higher than the one requested by the customer, but without charging any difference in payment. This may be for a variety of reasons, such as AXIS Limo’s desire to promote a superior product or to go above and beyond the customer’s expectations of quality, or if it is logistically more convenient for AXIS Limo at that time to offer the superior service from a service efficiency point of view.

2.4 Anyone requiring wheelchair access should request this at the time of booking. AXIS Limo will confirm the possibility to perform the service, under special conditions, depending on availability. In the event in which AXIS Limo will not confirm the availability of a car adapted to your wheelchair requirements, the request is considered canceled.

3. Prices and payment
3.1 AXIS Limo provides a quote based on the information you provide. All prices, unless otherwise specified, are inclusive of VAT and all taxes relating to roads, parking, fuel. The price also includes the transportation of the number of luggage indicated for each car category. In the event of any changes to the stated itinerary, we reserve the right to amend the offer provided.

3.2 Our quote includes a 60-minute waiting period after the declared landing time and the cost of parking at the airport. For pick-ups other than from the airport (address/hotel/business headquarters, etc) the waiting time included in the price is 15 minutes. Any waiting period exceeding this time will be charged at the standard AXIS Limo waiting rate, fractional for every 60 minutes. We will do our best to check flight details and adjust our service accordingly if there have been delays. If the flight is delayed for more than 2h, the service is considered as “No Show” and the value of the service will be charged.

3.3 We offer two types of standard services:
A. transfer: this is the service through which we transport customers from A to B or on request with intermediate stops for a fee, according to the automatic calculation from the booking portal. Standard, waiting time at the airport is 60 minutes free of charge and 15 minutes at any other address. After the free waiting period, if the customer does not agree to pay for the waiting or we are unable to contact the customer after several attempts we will declare “no show” and the service must be paid in full, or if prepaid will not be refunded;
B. hourly paid service: is the service paid per hour and includes 15 km for each hour of paid service. If, within an hourly paid service agreement, the number of included kilometers is exceeded (15 km for 1h), the customer has to accept an extra payment for the extra kilometers after being informed. Otherwise, the arrangement ends when the included kilometers are exhausted.

3.4 When you accept an offer from us, you will receive a confirmation of your booking. Please take the time to review this confirmation and make sure it is 100% correct. If you do not notify AXIS Limo, we will not be responsible for any delays or costs arising from this error.

3.5 Payment for traveling with us can be made as follows: ONLINE, by cash or credit/debit card directly to the driver. In special cases, payment can be made following the issuance of an invoice, which will be part of a Contract between the Parties;

4. The service
4.1 You are responsible for the behavior of all passengers who board for the journey. If the vehicle is soiled, damaged or otherwise harmed by the passengers, a charge may apply to cover the cost of cleaning and/or repair.

4.2 You are not allowed to eat, drink or smoke in the car.

4.3 We are not allowed to carry more passengers than is required by law and stated in the Registration Certificate for the vehicle you have chosen to provide the service.

4.4 Customers may not leave the meeting place, complaining that they do not find the driver without calling or emailing the dispatcher or, as the case may be, the agency, hotel, or intermediary who booked the trip for the respective customer. In this case, Axis Limo will invoke a “now show” with full payment for the service.

5. Cancellation
5.1 If you need to cancel your booking with AXIS Limo, you should contact us as soon as possible. There is no extra fee for canceling the transportation service up to 2h (120 minutes) before the scheduled pick-up time for city or airport transfer services. Hourly services arrangements or out-of-town transfer services cannot be canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. You can cancel by calling the AXIS Limo dispatcher 24/7: (+4) 0726 37 87 12 or via email: driver.services@axisrent.ro. Late cancellation of the service, within less than two hours before the pick-up time for city and/or airport transfers or within less than 24 hours before the pick-up time for out-of-town pick-up or transfer services, gives the AXIS Limo the right to withhold the entire amount of the booking.

5.2 You can also change or cancel the requested service via our mobile apps, subject to the conditions stated in art 5.1.

6. Liability
6.1 While AXIS Limo will do its best to get you to your destination on time, we are not responsible for any loss incurred due to delays that are beyond our control (EXCESSIVE TRAFFIC, ROAD BLOCKED, ACCIDENT, CARS FAILING FOR ANY REASON). There are no circumstances in which AXIS Limo will be held liable for any losses suffered by you or your company.

6.2 Your luggage is carried at your own risk and you assume full responsibility for the contents of your luggage. AXIS Limo cannot be held liable in any way if in your luggage you are carrying objects or substances that are illegal or prohibited in Romania.

6.3 If your vehicle breaks down during your trip with AXIS Limo, we will do our best to provide you with an alternative vehicle that will allow you to complete your journey as quickly as possible, but we cannot be held responsible in any way for any potential resulting delays.

6.4 Neither party involved may exclude or limit its liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence or any negligent or fraudulent misrepresentation or wilful misrepresentation or wilful misconduct or for any other matter which is classed as unenforceable by any/all applicable laws.

7. Termination
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking, with immediate effect, if any vehicle or driver is endangered, whether through abuse, violence or harm, caused by you or any other passenger. There shall be no refunds for any journeys that have been interrupted during execution.

8. Miscellaneous
8.1 AXIS Limo reserves the right to subcontract the obligation as stated in this agreement, assigning these obligations to third party partners. You will not transfer, delegate or assign any of your obligations or rights under the present Agreement.

8.2 AXIS Limo may amend the terms and conditions at any time and may do so by making such amendments on this page. Be sure to review these terms and conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any applicable amendments. Any existing bookings will be charged at the applicable rates that were in effect at the time the booking was made.

8.3 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between AXIS Limo and you.

8.4 Nothing contained in these terms and conditions is intended to confer any advantage or benefit on any third party. No third party retains the right to exercise rights under this agreement except where such agreement has been made in writing.

9. Litigation
9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in ROMANIA, with you and AXIS Limo hereby consenting to follow the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts with respect to any claim or dispute regarding matters related to this Agreement.

10. THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In order to be able to provide the requested chauffeur-driven vehicle for transportation, AXIS Limo needs to process the following types of personal data: name, surname, contact details, pick-up and drop-off address.

The Owner shall not sell, transfer, disclose, disclose or allow access to the Beneficiary’s personal data to third parties unrelated to the Beneficiary’s business. For any purposes other than those related to the performance of the Agreement, the Owner may require the Beneficiary to complete/sign a Statement of Consent to data processing.
The Beneficiary has the right to request access to rectify the data or restrict their processing and may do so at any time by sending a request to driver.services@axisrent.ro. They also have the right to lodge a complaint at any time regarding the processing of personal data to the Owner at the above mentioned address, to the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing or to the court
