When will I receive the chauffeur's contact?
The chauffeur’s name and mobile number will be sent to the passenger once the driver arrive at pickup location by email or you can view it on the app. You will also receive informations about model and license plate number of the vehicle. If you booked for someone else, this information will be sent to the email address and phone number provided in the booking process.
